Sharing economy has made the current trend recently.Along with their occurrence,ridesharing company Uber and lodging rental company Airbnb have made significant changes to our daily and also created tremendous economic value through a novel way of utilizing and optimizing resources.Sharing economy has attracted so much attention for sake of its scale effect and economy value,among which,financial shared service as a new management model has also come into real practice in many companies.This dissertation is targeted to discuss issues including information platform construction,performance management,and future trend in financial shared service field.This paper create the analysis structure that“information platform construction ? cost saving,process improvement ? human resource saving ?organizational structure optimization";"SLA(service level agreement)?performance management? staff training,people development and promotion";" Financial shared service(finance function)?global business service(non-core business feature)?risk prevention,cost control and economic value creation".This dissertation unfolds its discussion mainly through case study about "ABC Company",via analyzing its segments of financial system,specific performance evaluation method,the author tries to explore how sharing finance service would mostly benefit its development and finance health in the future.Bearing such target,the author structures the whole dissertation in below sequence.In the first part of the whole dissertation,the focus has been put on relevant study and paper review.Then in the second part also as the main part,the author put effort on illustrating how Oracle system works in ABC Company,how ABC Company financial shared service center sets target for its performance evaluation,how real management practice has been engaged to achieve these goals,and spontaneously come to discuss its future development possibilities for financial shared service center.In the conclusion part,the author proposes several suggestions toward ABC Company and its financial shared service center.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Financial shared service optimize the organization structure,make the resource utilization more effective via function centralization,resource sharing,and process reengineering.Financial shared service can support corporate achieve economies of scale,competitiveness and advantages,and perfect financial management and control.(2)The construction of informatization platform help the enterprise achieve the business and financial integration,and it was the key for process improvement,organizational structure optimization and cost saving.(3)Performance management ensure financial shared service center's service quality based on SLA(service level agreement),aim to achieve lower cost,enhance business efficiency,improve service and increase customer satisfaction.The key to performance management is communication,effective assessment,establishment of incentive mechanism and implementation of performance improvement.Focus on communication with staff,support people development is an important means of employee motivation.According to the conclusion,proposes several suggestions for the future toward ABC Company and its financial shared service center:(1)Provide more training and job rotation opportunity for staff,help staff planning their career development direction,broaden employee development and promotion channel.(2)ABC Company's financial staff will restructure to the shared financial staff,the strategic financial staff and business financial staff gradually,to achieve lean financial management.(3)The financial shared service center(FSSC)with a single financial function is developing towards a multi-functional global business service(GBS).Upon this thorough analysis on ABC Company,conclusions and suggestions can also be adopted by other entities of similar corporate scale with numerous branches.Hope to give some reference to related companies.
