With the rapid development of China economy, wealth volume rapid growth, some private wealth has been the rapid expansion, an expanding high-income affluent class gradually forming growth. Commercial banks alone in the development of the local branch of client resources development model as a start-up phase the main promoter of the date of significant bottleneck in the face of fast-growing markets in Zhejiang regional economy and the increasingly intense competition in the industry and outside the bank, to develop and implement appropriate strategies mode continues to maintain a leading position in private banking for promoting sustainable development in the area of private banking has far-reaching significance.In this paper, taking ZS bank as the research object, research on the development of the private banking business strategy. Based on previous empirical and theoretical research on the private banking business are clearly defined.From the macro environment analysis, industry environment analysis and business environment analysis of three aspects of analysis based ZS private banking external environment, the use of SWOT analysis, ZS bank private bank to face the opportunities and challenges, as well as their advantages and disadvantages were summarized, clearly the position in the market. The study found:(1) Zhejiang regional wealth market still maintained a steady growth, accelerate the upgrading of industrial transformation has been nurturing emerging private wealth market, construction and government "double center" policy implementation, booming produces the private banking business.(2) Huge private wealth market continues to attract foreign investment banks and other wealth managers joined the ranks of competition, a lot of high net worth clients gradually in the goods than three home grown up, and began to enjoy the wealth management institutions to provide their own value-added services. The strong demand for private financing in Zhejiang area also makes the high net worth clients funds profit becomes strong. In addition, high net worth clients overseas assets in the growth state, immigration will become more and more strong.(3) By improving the private banking service system of ZS bank, relying on the solid strength, joint work in full swing, and a native of Zhejiang local advantages that nourish formed abundant customer resources, in the regional competition has formed a certain advantage.(4) ZS private banking joint work to be standardized, scientific, meticulous, evaluation mechanism and linkage mechanism of each level and also to be formed. At present, ZS bank private bank service capacity can’t fully meet the needs of business development.Combined with the analysis above we can see that, the ZS private banking services, market definition has been redefined, and according to the basic theory of development strategy, proposed the ZS bank private bank should choose differentiation strategy in the Zhejiang area, for this particular group of private banking customers personalized service. The specific point of view, mainly through deepening the service content, professional advantages to expand the high net worth clients; relying on the platform for international investment bank ZS, the development of offshore financial services; multi pronged, to establish a trust relationship long-term, stable customer; use a combination of means, and gradually solve the human resources problem leading competitive advantage of these four aspects obtain and maintain ZS private banking business in the Zhejiang area, so as to achieve the sustainable development.
