Tourism has become a new economic growth point and has injected new vitality forChina’s rapid economic and social development.According to the World TourismOrganization forecasts,in2020,China will become the world’s largest tourist country andthe world’s fourth largest tourist exporting country.By then,China’s tourism revenue willexceed10percent of the gross domestic product. Tourism will become a veritable pillarindustry.It is noteworthy that,in the development process,the majority of farmers andentrepreneurs rely on tourism development opportunities to find jobs and set up smalltourism enterprises.It brings the structure of employment changes and the progress ofeconomic and social development,.we can see that tourism entrepreneurial economy hasbecome an important driving force for socio-economic development.In numerous groupof tourism entrepreneurs,whether it is local farmers or immigrants to the tourism businessoperators,significant changes have taken place in their lifestyle,values and socialattributes.Therefore,in order to conform the new era of tourism development trends,theurgent need to make more in-depth exploratory study of small businesses in the domestictourism.In this paper,based on the comb and draw on related literature,according to thepush-pull theory,motivation theory,grounded theory and other theories,using descriptivestatistics,factor analysis,analysis of variance and the methods of analysis of qualitativecoding of the data system.First,the local business owners to demographic characteristics, shops location,operating characteristics, experience, such as funding for the interpretation of the store,point out the above aspects between huangshan scenic area and the owners of jiuzhaigouand the common features of the main differences, and analyze the cause of significantdifferences.Second,the main Explore the jiuzhaigou scenic spot tourism small enterprisesto establish a series of influence on Tibetan women, this chapter from the change of women’s income has what kind of changes on the women at the same time, mainly forthe following several aspects has carried on the investigation of female family status,whether to raise education idea which produced change, whether the population of familystructure changes, what impact on women’s consumption idea, whether there are otheraspects are discussed in this paper, such as the change of the Angle and thecorresponding conclusions. Third, mainly discusses the tourism development, whichinfluence on the local Tibetan cultural diversity, this article mainly from the aspects oflanguage, dress, diet, architecture, etc are discussed in this paper, and it is concluded thatthe development of tourism to the local Tibetan culture has brought great changes inparticular.
