Evaluation Of The Performance Of Large-scale Water Conservancy Proiects

Under China’s socialist market economy system, large-scale water conservancy projects are generally managed and financed by the relevant government departments. The large-scale water conservancy projects generally have a large investment, long implementation period, multi-project management features, extensive social impact. There is a wide range of resource conflicts about project funding, design, construction units between different subprojects. This article will examine how to establish performance evaluation system in large-scale water conservancy project implementation process, and timely adjustment of multiple projects in order of priority based on the results of regular performance evaluations, adjust the project implementation plan. Most domestic project performance evaluation is primarily performance evaluation after project completion, lack of the project performance evaluation during the execution. Because of this huge amount of government investment project, if there is no effective system of performance evaluation during project implementation, once the project implemented, some factors will be difficult to control. It is likely to cause project delays, social not reflect, and even repeated construction. Therefore, under the current project management model, the performance evaluation during project implementation period will be very significative.This paper will be large-scale water conservancy projects as the main research goals, study the performance evaluation method during project implementation period. The main work done in this article include:1) According to the characteristics of large-scale water conservancy projects, set an effective performance evaluation system from three aspects of project benefits, project results and project progress of the project, and refine the monitoring and analysis methods;2) Use of AHP, according to the importance of different indicators to the project overall objective, analyze and calculate the weight vector for each comprehensive performance evaluation indicators with the use of AHP.3) According to the analysis results of the periodic performance evaluation, analysis, and adjust each sub-project priority order, adjust the project implementation plan combined with project resources in a timely manner.In this study, the performance evaluation method applied to a large domestic water conservancy project, the performance evaluation of the project has played a very big role in promoting.
