Study On Ecological Agriculture Development In Minqing County Of Fujian Province

Minqing County is a Key forestry county in Fujian province, which has superior geographical position surrounding by mountains and waters. It has abundant natural resource as its congenital advantages to develop its ecological agriculture. In recent years, the modern agriculture and the industrialization of Agriculture in Minqing County are booming with the great support of the government, however, the coming problems associated with it are worthy of thinking deeply as well. Therefore, building the ecological agriculture will become extremely essential for the realization of the agriculture modernization and sustainable development in Minqing County.The thesis is guided by multi functionalities of agriculture theory such as the theory of sustainable development, the theory of circular economy, the theory of ecological economy, the theory of regional economy and so on. Based on the summary of research at home and abroad, we adopted various methods as the questionnaire survey method, field survey method, experience summarized, and systematical analysis and at the same time, combined the Social and economic development and ecological environment to have a comprehensive analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the situation of ecological agriculture in Minqing County. The advantages of developing ecological agriculture in Minqing County are superior natural conditions, regional advantages, stable agricultural foundation, constantly improving agricultural infrastructure, increasing emphasis from the government and so on. We find some problems in development of ecological agriculture in Minqing County from the field survey and questionnaire survey, such as agricultural production efficiency is not high, the quality of farmers are generally low, the unreasonable way of government promotion, the promotion service system is not perfect, the technological content of ecological agriculture is insufficient, the ecological construction mechanism is imperfect and so on. Through the comparison of the practice and experience on ecological agriculture development at home and abroad and then in combination with the practical situation of ecological agriculture development in Minqing County, we would like to provide some suggestions on how to improve the ecological agriculture in Minqing county as following:First, strengthening the Government’s macroscopic support and improving the construction of agricultural infrastructure. Second, improving the development of ecological agriculture industry chain and easing the conflict between economy and environment. Third, advancing the level of agricultural science and technology also enhancing the scientific and technological content of agricultural products.
