Along with the development of mobile internet, OTT business poses bigger and bigger challenge to traditional telecom operators which are facing the threat of being ’channelization’. In these circumstances, telecom operators like China Tietong need to think deeply and solve the problems whether response the competition from internet enterprises by transforming the internet intelligently to realize intelligent flux distribution still with network as core, or gradually change the idea from taking network seriously to valuing business and compete with internet enterprises directly at the business level by imitating thinking pattern of internet.The paper aims at helping China Tietong seek the breakthrough of locating traditional telecom companies by analyzing current business model of internet hot topics. China Tietong shall grasp the favorable opportunity of merging into China Mobile, and spread a direct competition against internet enterprises and then realize successful transformation of business by developing020business model in the basis of making full use of its own channels and another resource such as business, users, technology of China Mobile and so on.The paper shall firstly research the thinking about business transformation proposed by part of telecom companies and the attempt on business development did by part of telecom companies starting from the present situation at home and abroad. Then the paper analyzes the current most popular internet O2O business model by using the classic theory of business model, and describes the concept, component and classification of O2O model, and the difference between02O model and traditional electronic commerce in detail. Besides, the paper dissects current representative profit pattern, existing problems and the next-step development of Dianping.com in020model to provide real cases for researching020model of China Tietong. Next, the paper analyzes the current situation of China Tietong, its own business model and the business models developing in coordinate with China Mobile, and points out existing problems of China Tietong’s business model. What’s more, the paper analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, chances and the threat of O2O business developed by China Tietong by applying SOWT analytical method, and researches the structure of China Tietong020business model. At last, the paper gives specific advice of implementation for China Tietong to develop020business.
