Research On The Business Model Of Internet Companies Based On Cloud Computing Industry

With the global information industry constantly updated, the new information technologiesare emerging. As a new information technology, Cloud computingis constantly concerned by government and business companies.In China, cloud computing has been included in "Long-term Science and Technology Development Plan (2006-2020)","national" five "scientific and technological development" and "the State Council on Accelerating nurture and develop emerging industries of strategic decisions "as a strategic emerging industries.2012, China’s cloud computing industry output has reached94.75billion RMB, which has been increased by25%, higher than the overall development trend of national economic level. So, as the higher growing industry, the research of Cloud computingindustry is meaningful.With this background, gray prediction model is used in the prediction of the cloud computing industry scale. From the perspective of internet companies, PEST and SWOT have been used in the external and internal environment analysis. AHP has been used in identifying main factors of the environment evaluation elements.Against the paper’sconcludes, industrial scale prediction is analyzedby the relative error and correlation, and the result is proved within the control of the error predicting. In coping strategies, through empirical research Internet companies business strategy, discovery strategy papers developed by more consistent with the actual situation. Therefore, the conclusions of this paper are scientific and feasible.
