Research On Business Model Innovation Of Telecom Operators In The Cloud Computing And Mobile Internet Environment

With the rapid development of technology,cloud computing and mobile internet technology have become one of the most popular research topics,and attracted broad attention of multiple scholars.The new technologies have brought new opportunities for the traditional business model of telecom operators.However,the telecom operator systems still have several problems,i.e.the operation of account-payment cross platform is inconvenient because of the complexity of the systems,the waiting time of users is too long due to the unfeasible operating process,duplication of the same function are constructed in multiple systems.These problems increase the carrier's operating costs,has seriously affected the development of the business.To address these problems,the thesis develops a new unified cloud marketing system which can rapidly respond to the change of market.This study is useful for the promotion the customer service of Unicom,and has significance to the innovation of service and business of industry.Combined with the sales system constructed for C hina Unicom,this thesis introduces the structure of cloud marketing system,presents the overall scheme and design of ideal cloud marketing system,and proposes the detailed description of the cloud marketing system functions and system interface related art methods,including unified login,data validation and business intelligence.We verify the correctness and validity of this study through the successful implementation case in X province.The account opening for business is no longer limited by time and space,anywhere can handle,place of business can be extended to the campus,community,shopping malls,restaurants,and even highway.The application of the system has greatly expanded the business acceptance channels.These are useful to reduce the workload of the operating room,saving the user time,help enhance customer satisfaction degree.The system effectively reduces operating costs,operating room seating is no longer necessary.System has flexible service support,convenient process implementation and adjustment to meet the market segmentation.This study can provide comprehensive support for the telecommunications business-related services.
