China Telecom Location Based Services Development Strategy Study

It has detailed analyzed of the China Telecom3G network development and4G scheme and deployment. It has summarizes the advantages of China Telecom in LBS services. Through the analysis of LBS industrial chain, the paper has clearly posited the industry roles of each LBS key ability provider.
