In recent years, as China’s economic development, social wealth is growing, people’s investment consciousness is more and more strong, personal finance business has become one of the focus on the development of the business of commercial banks, as the main tool of personal financial business of commercial bank financial products, rapid growth, has become one of the pillar sources of personal income of intermediate business of commercial banks. Compared with foreign advanced commercial banks, while financial products business of domestic commercial bank started late, the market supporting construction is still not perfect, affected by the limitation of technology, market environment and the overall quality of the residents, commercial bank management in product design, marketing, the concept of service and other aspects need to be improved, but the research on the competitive financial products of domestic commercial the bank is conducive to commercial banks to find problems, find the gap, to see the direction.This paper first introduces the writing background and significance. Second, it introduces the theories about market structure analysis, Boston matrix analysis, Potter’s five forces analysis model and SWOT analysis model, and reviews the domestic and foreign about personal finance, financing products of commercial bank competition. Finally it introduces the development course of financial products of CCB, discusses the status, advantages, problems, challenges, and coping strategies.
