The Multi-objectiveoptimizationof Land Use Structure Based On The Interval Number

The problems of land use has been born and developed accompanied by the birth and development of human society. Land have unique natural and social properties, so the use of land resources is related to the social, economic and ecological development. How to discover the existing problems in land use, and optimize the allocation of land resources according to the interactions between the element is the core issue of land use. Land use structure optimization is the social, economic, ecological constraints of a multi-objective planning issues. Therefore, how to use land and optimizing land use structure reasonable is very important.This article analyze land use of Handan structure status and its existing problems and construct land use structure based on interval multi-objective optimization model to solve the problem of handan city land use. Concluded through the analysis of the status quo of handan city in2000～2010decade of cultivated land, we find garden land, grassland, construction land, forest land and other agricultural land changes in the speed and magnitude of land use change is prominent, expressing in terms of cultivated land, garden land, grassland and construction land area is reduced, forest land and other agricultural land area increased, showing the land use of handan in2000-2010has changed significantly. Considering economic benefit, social benefit and ecological benefit under the condition of using interval multi-objective programming model, we optimization the land use structure and objective function, the optimization result is reasonable and effective. And using the gray correlation analysis of various land utilization to land utilization overall effect, concluded that the grey relational sequence of all kinds of land structure. Based on the above analysis,we proposed some measures to build a conservation-minded society, macro-economy running smoothly and improving land utilization. It will provide theoretical basis and practice guidance for handan city land use planning.
