Land is non-renewable resources, and is also irreplaceable basic resources for human survival and development. With the development of social productive forces, the land use type of structure and layout trends more complex. In the process of land use, the eco-environmental problems caused by the conflict between land resources and human, land unreasonable using have become increasingly deteriorated. Suifenhe city, as the main channel opening to the outside world in Heilongjiang Province,as the window and bridges with foreign economic cooperation, economic and social rapid development and the urban development space saturated. Contrary to the situation of not suitable for land-use needs adjust to economic and social development,So how to make reasonable use of land became a urgent problem. The paper carried out land use structural optimization of Suifenhe City, for supporting the land use planning and methods of practice. The program can maximize the comprehensive function of the land of Suifenhe city, so as to promote sustainable development of Suifenhe city. The paper took location theory, systems theory and sustainable land use theory as guide ,and used many indicators to analyze changes in the characteristics of land structural use at the same time , driving force was also done. The paper constructed models for land use optimization based on linear programming, multi-objective programming and artificial neural network, and then searched for best structural optimization of the land, at last suggested protective measures. the main contents of the study are:(1)Land use structure. analyze.According to the land-use changed data from 1997 to 2005 of Suifenhe,I analyze the land use changes of Suifenhe by indicators such as:land-use changed range,a single land-use dynamic degree, relative rate of change, analysis of land-use information entropy. On this basis I conclude the land use characteristics and the main problems of this area.(2)Using the land-use changed and the Statistical Yearbook data, I determine the driving factor impacting the land-use change by the method of principal component analysis.(3)Optimize the land use structure of Suifenhe . Based on the previous socio-economic situation , I forecast the economic and social development trends, construct optimizated model of the land use structure by the mothods of linear programming, multi-objective programming and artificial neural network. And I solve the problems with computer, optimize the results and evaluate the merit using gray relational analysis.(4)Propose safeguards of land use structure optimization of SuifenheBased on solving of models and the analysis results, The main conclusions are as follows. (1)The overall level of the extent of Suifenhe land-use was high between 1997 and 2005, land use changed significantly, and land utilization of Suifenhe was in a period of basic development. From the amount of land-use change,The main characteristic was the reduction of farm land, specifically arable land and woodland; the increasing of construction land specifically urban construction land.(2)It showed that main driving force was economic development and foreign trade, population growth, urban development and land management policies.(3)In accordance with national economic and social development situation of Suifenhe, and land use structure optimization model for design process, constructed models for land use optimization based on linear programming, multi-objective programming and artificial neural network, finally gray correlation method was used to elect the best program.. It comes to a conclusion that the land-use structure of Suifenhe is Cultivated land's 4284.90 Ha,Garden plot's 39.37 Ha,Forest land's 31244.94 Ha,Grassland's1552.93 Ha,Farmland else's160.88 Ha,Settlements and industrial mining land's2906.90 Ha,Transport's 667.80 Ha,Water conservancy facilities's land 141.55 Ha,Unutilized land's 1154.16 Ha.(4)Based on the land use structure optimization program, the paper proposed safeguards for Optimization:Safeguard measures were mainly in terms of strengthening cultivated land and forest land management, strictly controlling the construction land. |
