Research On The Controlling Of Logistics Transportation Cost In The Company DF

With the coming globalization economic times,our country’s logistics industrydeveloped into a new location.It has become an important growth point to our nationaleconomic growth.Logistics industry has many years of history,however,comparedwith foreign logistics industry,logistics cost is still high.In logistics cost,the proportionof transportation cost is up to forty percent,which shows that the key to reducing thelogistics cost is to strengthen the controlling of transportation cost.Reducing logisticstransportation cost,not only can improving the enterprise’s own interests,but also canspeeding up the operation of supply chain.Therefore,the research on the controlling oflogistics transportation cost is important to the further development of our country’slogistics industry.This paper based on the logistics transportation constitute project,and use thetransportation cost management of DF company as an example,using the method ofcombination of qualitative and quantitative,to analysis the current situation of DFcompany,analyzed the problems existence in DF company,analyzed the reasons ofthese problems.Based on these,we established the optimization model of DF companytransportation cost.The paper use LINGO software calculation,obtained the optimaltransportation plan.Compared with the original transport scheme,proved that theoptimization model can improve the benefit of DF company.Proved that the model isfeasible.Finally，this paper puts forward the ideas of controlling transportation cost inDF company.
