Global economic integration in the world has aroused widespread concern, at the same time,all countries are stepping up the construction and upgrade of the logistics industry. As the logistics magnates of the developed countries entering into our country, the national logistics industry has to face unprecedented impact. In order to upgrade the competitiveness of the logistics industry wholly, we should explore the development way of China's logistics industry actively, and develop logistics park vigorously.Logistics park planning is a systematic project, and logistics equipment planning is a subsystem module. This module is carried through on the basis of preliminary investigation, logistics park layout, logistics park functions design, scales identified and so on. The purpose of logistics equipment planning is to choose the suitable type and determine reasonable amount of equipment for the park, which provides the material and technical basis for the logistics park.This paper elaborated the role and status of logistics equipment in logistics park firstly, and then analyzed the planning rules and the influences of logistics equipment planning. On this basis,the logistics equipment planning in logistics park was researched from two stages in this paper.First stage: Selecting the type of logistics equipment. In this paper, the matter-elements theory of extension theory was used to establish the goods information matter-elements and equipment information matter-elements. The equipment choosing model was established on the basis of the fuzzy matching theory.In this modle,the matching principles were analyzed and the corresponding matching rules were set up.Second stage: Optimizing the quantity of logistics equipment.The author established integer programming model which is based upon the lowest of life cycle cost, and then set up the LINGO model to solve the integer programming model with LINGO software. In the end, the case of《Jiuhua Logistics Park Planning》was applied to the matching model and quantity optimizing modle, and the results validated the effectiveness and practicality of modles.
