In this paper, located in hilly region of Northeast Nanjiang County as the researcharea, interpretation and data processing through remote sensing image on1989,2000and2012in the study area, to study the land use change, the rate of change of land use,the transfer matrix of land use change, through the shadow project method and marketvalue method to calculate the local land use types of ecosystem service value, and tostudy the effects of land use change on the ecosystem service value by using the greycorrelation method, so as to provide reference and basis for the study of the relationshipbetween human activities and the ecological environment in the northeast of SichuanProvince.Land use change analysis results show that: in the23year time span, cultivatedland, grassland, construction land change greatly, cultivated land and grassland showednegative growth, grassland and construction land scale rapid expansion. Water andunused land is not obvious. Construction land use change the most obvious speed, theaverage annual change degree reached132.41%, which can be divided into2stages,11years before the slow increase in12years period and after rapid increased stage, yeartwo stages of change rate were0.56%and238.46%, these two stages are obviouslydifferent is the inevitable result of social and economic scale. Forest land area in theentire time scale variation is not obvious, but there are obvious on floating,11yearsbefore the reduction of12years and after recovery, which is mainly influenced by thenational policy of returning farmland to forestry measures. Arable land is the land usetype hedge woodland, the change in direction and degree of change and woodlandshowed negative correlation. Grassland continued to increase, in the study area, thegrass is more like a buffer zone of human and natural environment, the slow increase inthe ecosystem function decline. Water and unused land was not obvious. Land useconversion between the types of focuses on cultivated land, woodland, grassland andconstruction land. The cultivated land is the land use types from the largest,construction land is transferred to the maximum amount of land use types. At the sametime, in contrast to12years11years before and after the changes can be found, after12years of significant change than before11years of intense and profound, which with the region’s rapid economic development process is consistent with the pattern of land use,extensive, land policy that ensures the maintenance of natural cover at the scale of abalanced range.Ecosystem service value analysis results show that: the total value of ecosystemservices in Nanjiang County reduced by139100000yuan, a larger decrease, arable landand forest ecosystem service value decreased amount bigger, and the cultivated landand woodland change area is larger and the ecosystem service value coefficient is high,the ecosystem service value coefficient of construction land the negative of theecosystem services value decreased, with the increase of grassland ecosystem services,other types of land use change on ecosystem service values of little quantity. Theecosystem service value of individual changes in Nanjiang County analysis, resultsshowed that: each individual value of ecosystem services in overall showed adecreasing trend, gas regulation maximum reduction, reaching70000000yuan, waterconservation and waste reduction amount is large, cultural entertainment show traceincreasing trend. In the2stage, gas regulation, water conservation and waste disposalhave been reduced, other items showed characteristics of floating up and down.Through to the Nanjiang county land use grey correlation type and ecosystemservices value analysis, results show that: the land use types most Association for forestland, cultivated land, waters. But the cause of relevance and also each are not identical,woodland firstly originated from its large coverage area, the data are accounted formore than half of the county area, the second unit area ecosystem service value is alsohigh, reaching12996.02yuan,/hm2a, second only to waters ranked second; unit arealand’s ecological system the service value of grassland and less water, but the area islarger, the annual account between county area of1/3to1/4, which also makes the highcorrelation; waters of its area is not large, but the per unit area ecosystem service valuein every land use type the highest, reaching20403.74yuan/hm2a.
