Affected by the rise of the knowledge economy, China’s industrial structure adjustment,knowledge is considered the company’s most important resource is applied aspects ofbusiness development, management, operations, product innovation. Manufacturing firms, inthe tide of change, transfer knowledge with the KIBS, access to specialized knowledge/technical services to enrich their knowledge and build core competencies, which promote theKIBS the rapid rise; specialized knowledge of the results of KIBS as the primary source ofexternal knowledge manufacturing enterprises/services play a key role in promoting thedevelopment and change of manufacturing firms, it is enterprise Everlasting important boost.How to improve the KIBS and manufacturing transfer and dissemination of knowledgebetween enterprises is an important research topic in this stage.Manufacturing firms and KIBS entered into highly dependent, two-way interactive stage.Transmission of information, knowledge and resources of KIBS and manufacturing firms hada significant impact on decision-making and behavior. In this study, consideredKIBS-manufacturing firms interact as a starting point, oriented to enhance KIBS knowledgeand manufacturing firms transfer, knowledge-concept as the basic concept, based on acomprehensive analysis of KIBS-manufacturing firms knowledge transfer in an interactiveprocess, the author analyzes the KIBS-manufacturing firms knowledge transfer factors, andtested hypotheses.First, in reference to the results of the research on KIBS-manufacturing firms interactionand knowledge transfer theory, analyzes the knowledge connotation of KIBS-manufacturingfirms interaction, the typical knowledge service and manufacturing firms knowledge transfers. Analyze the main factors affecting the mode selection; drawing on the study of knowledge transfer process model, established the importance of information search, match, negotiations,established the process model of knowledge transfer between KIBS-manufacturing firms andSMEs,discussed interactive content of each stage.Second, the empirical analysis part, based on the KIBS-manufacturing firms knowledgetransfer influence factors conceptual model proposed above, conducted structural equation modeling analysis. Questionnaire survey to collect data related to the observed variables inthe model, using SPSS20.0software to test the reliability, validity and factor analysis fordata recovery. Use Amos18.0software to evaluation structural equation, to further test theknowledge transfer factors hypothesis presented above. Eventually, according to the results ofhypothesis testing proposed proposal to enhance the effectiveness of knowledge transfer.
