In recent years, the competition pressure of commercial banks are facing greater, the intermediary business has the characteristics of "high return, low risk", it has gradually transformed the past auxiliary management as the main business of commercial banks. And the financial market also has the characteristics of the general commodity market is easily affected by the factors of price and market demand etc, therefore, in order to the healthy development of the banking sector, to improve the core competitiveness of commercial banks in our country, it’s also important to the intermediary business product scientific and reasonable pricing. At present, China’s commercial banks intermediate business products pricing mechanism is not mature, with foreign banks in the talent, business scope, business scale, technical services, product innovation and other aspects have a big gap, seriously restricted the development of China’s commercial banks, in the face of such a situation, actively developing intermediary business, to establish a rational standard of the intermediary business charge, scientific pricing, become a necessary means for the sustainable development of commercial banks.In this background, combing the related literature at home and abroad, objective analysis of the current situation of research at home and abroad, by contrast, pointing out that the domestic and foreign commercial banks in the middle business pricing and other aspects of the gap, using the method of empirical analysis, qualitative analysis of the problem. This paper selects the intermediate business agent pricing of products as the main research object, the proxy class in the commercial bank middle business are clearly defined, the research based on the capital asset pricing, the transaction cost theory etc, for China’s traditional intermediary business pricing methods are presented in this paper and comparison analysis, due to the traditional pricing method only single focus on cost, value or demand etc, unreasonable pricing results must exist, based on the three traditional pricing methods, constructing comprehensive pricing model of commercial banks’ intermediate business, the model is under some conditions, pricing the intermediate business products, the commercial bank earnings or sales maximization, so that the intermediate business more reasonable prices, by introducing the proxy class intermediary business products for example, and analyzed the superiority of the model, through the establishment of the model, from the operation environment, tax system, operating system, the legal system etc, and put forward the countermeasures to the innovation and development of intermediate business of commercial banks in China, in order to optimize the product structure of intermediate business of commercial banks, making a contribution to improve the pricing of intermediate business contribution.In addition, through the analysis and comparison of the current domestic and foreign general pricing method, combining with the characteristics of China’s financial markets. To further clarify the different customer groups of different types of commercial banks, the pricing method applied in the purchase of intermediate business products, thus the conclusion is more accurate, the pricing method is more scientific and reasonable product.
