Anshan SYH Material Trade Co.,LTD is small and micro business dealwith international trade, exporting steel products. During the initial stage ofestablishing, China foreign trade developing rapidly and steel products in competitiveprice to the international market, so the enterprise grows quickly. But when theexternal and internal environment changed because of the financial crisis, theenterprise lose the competitive advantage, business in difficulties long term andremain stagnant. What caused the problem? Where is the root? How to solve thecurrent problem? Where is the way? In order to solve these problems, thiscomprehensive enterprise diagnosis is made for SYH company.In this thesis, using some management knowledge: strategic management,information management, organization behavior, supply chain and logisticsmanagement, human resource management,financial management and operationmanagement,analysis and diagnosis according to the real data of sample enterprise.This thesis is divided to five chapters according to the requirement of diagnosticreport format:The first chapter,introduce the background of SYH company and thereference of this diagnosis report for other small and micro enterprise,the theoryresults and literature review,also the framework and idea of this diagnosis report.Thesecond chapter, summarize the foreign trade development, the characteristics of smalland micro foreign business, the development and management situation of SYHcompany.The third chapter, the analysis of enterprise business diagnosis, includingfive aspects: enterprise competition, financial, human resources, product structure,risk management. The forth chapter, the diagnostic summary on the basis of analysisexternal and internal environment in the industry and SYH company management.The fifth chapter, offer some suggestions and advices to SYH company combining theactual situation.As to the characteristics of diagnosed enterprise “private+small and micro+international trade”, innovative using the diagnosis methods and models on the smalland micro enterprises which applied to large state-owned and foreign-fundedenterprises. And using the theory of international products life cycle to analysis theexporting products which chosen by SYH company, so that the diagnosed enterprisecan find out the internal problem of itself and external environment changing, thenoffer the feasible suggestions and advices aiming at the the existing problems.
