Due to the limit of the impact of the external environment, as well as a variety of factors such as internal technology,management, capital and other affected, agricultural products processing enterprises there are low-level, short-lived problems in the development process, has seriously hampered the development of agricultural products processing enterprises.In this article, Take the life of agricultural products processing enterprises in Shandong Province as the object of the study, based on enterprise life cycle theory, enterprise cost theory,competition theory, economies of scale theory, location theory, the theory of government intervention and other theories and methods, and then collect 62648 data from the angles of the nature of enterprise, the registered capital of enterprises and industries for statistical analysis, in order to build the model of the impacts in agricultural products processing enterprises’ life in Shandong Province; And then measure the results of the model analysis, in order to discover the degrees of the various elements on the life of agricultural products processing enterprises, and propose feasible solutions for influencing factors, in order to improve the life of agricultural products processing enterprises.Through the research of that the life of agricultural products processing enterprises in Shandong Province can be seen:(1) The number of the agricultural products processing enterprises in Shandong Province has grown, most of which are small and medium scale enterprises, which with the fast development, but the low enterprises’ average life which only5.69 years. The study for the survival of the enterprise found that agricultural products processing enterprises in Shandong Province has the low survival rate: 36% of enterprises surviving in less than 3 years, 59% of enterprises surviving in less than 5 years;(2) The life of agricultural products processing enterprises affected dramatically by the external economic environment. Two economic crisis have caused a large number of enterprises to death, the implement of the preferential policies like corporate tax, etc., to promote the establishment of a large number of registered enterprises;(3) Besides the external economic environment, the nature of enterprise affect the enterprise life most obvious, under certain conditions of the registered capital of enterprises and industries, the non-private’s life is significantly higher than the other three types of the enterprises; Enterprises’ registered capital affect the life of them, when it is less than 5 million, the enterprises’ life increases in ratio to the increase of the registered capital, when it is more than 5 million, the affect registered capital of the enterpriseto the life was not significant, and then increase the registered capital will not increase their life, even it will make the life of the enterprise a slight decrease; Between different categories of the industries, there is a difference in the life of the enterprise, enterprise’s life is slightly lower than others with the more competitive industry.For factors that affect the life of agricultural products processing enterprise in Shandong Province, from the perspective of government, business, financial institutions and other entities angle respectively, and improve feasible suggestions for the development enterprise life, in order to provide a fair competitive environment for the development of the enterprises,to improve the agricultural processing products enterprises’ finance, to guide the industry of the processing agricultural products develop orderly.
