With the development of information technology and the popularity of the internet,the internet industry has become a new industry to promote world economic growth.The internet is a new wave of innovation and change,this would lead to a comprehensive improvement in Internet technology, products,organization management,business model,market and so on.And will continue to cause the competition relationship between enterprises and traditional enterprises.In the face of complex and changeful envirment,the problems of how to deal with all kinds of crisis and challenge,how to eliminate adverse interference and adapt to the new environment,how to recovery and revitalization of the team after the crisis,caused the scholars attention to the team resilience.Team resilience,that is,team awareness of the environment changes,withstand turmoil,adapt to the change,and the ability to restore the original state.The concept of team resilience is put forward in order to explain why some enterprises can be successful,but some fail in face of crisis?What factors make some enterprises better adapt to crisis than other enterprises? Can high team resilience promote team performance?Review the existing research,the paper puts forward two questions:(1)what is team resilience?(2)what’s the relationship between team resilience and team performance?By focusing on the Internet industry,this research based on the Internet project team which experienced crisis,summarizing the related literature,and put forward team resilience model and the relationship between team resilience and team performance,and put forward the basic assumption.Then,by reference to related domestic and foreign literature,interviewing method, the questionnaire was designed.In order to test the questionnaire’s reliability and validity,we carried out a small sample using statistical software SPSS17.0,eventually forming a formal questionnaire.In formal testing,firstly,team resilience was structure modeled through Amoss17.0based on201valid samples;then,verified the relationship between team resilience and team performance through SPSS17.0.This research mainly draw the following conclusions:(1)team resilience contains three dimensions:situation awareness、adaptive capacity、recovery ability.(2) team resilience has a significant positive effect on task performance,which contains innovation performance and plans in accordance with degree.(3) team resilience has a significant positive effect on relationship performance,which contains interpersonal promotion and job dedication.Finally,research results were summarized,the research revelation are pointed out.And the paper pointed out the existing problems and future research orientation.
