With the change of era and environment, interpersonal relationships and career outlook within the organization have shifted dramatically. Professional ethic, which is considered to be one of the core elements of enterprise competitiveness has attracted increasing attention.As corporate human resources fresh blood, new recruits professional ethics has diversity and plasticity.Meanwhile,it plays a very important fundamental role in their subsequent career growth history.Therefore, reveal the internal structure of new recruits professional ethics and internal mechanism between professional ethic and career growth has a certain research value for enterprise management practice and the new employee career growth.Firstly,this paper describes the background and significance of the research,then overviews existing research results and establishes the research framework.Combined with the existing literature,the thesis utilizes group interviews, questionnaire survey and statistical analysis to study the structure of the new recruits’professional ethics and the relationship between professional ethic and career growth.It is divided into two parts.Study1, on the basis of analyzing relevant literature,with carrying out15new recruits semi-structured interviews and216new recruits tested, the thesis has revealed the "black box"on the professional ethic of the new recruits under the background of Chinese culture.Study2, based on study1, by using SPSS19.0and AMOS17.0,375questionnaire are empirical analyzed. Through descriptive statistical analysis, hierarchical regression and structural equation analysis of the full model, the thesis explores the promoting effect of professional ethics for career growth, and reveals the internal mechanism of the relationship between those two variables.A further study discusses the different mechanism between professional ehtic and career growth in different organization culture.The conclusions show that:(1) the structure of the new recruits professional ethics has three dimensions:including professional integrity, assuming responsibility and team commensalism. Both the reliability and validity of the three-dimension scale met the criteria of psychometrics;(2)new recruits professional ethics is positively related to career growth;(3)work performance and organizational identification intermediates the positive relationship between professional ethics and career growth;(4)Cultural embeddedness mediates the promoting path between professional ethic and career growth,specifically,In a strong-performance-culture organization, professional ethics, mainly through work performance to promote professional growth; In a weak-performance-culture of an organization, professional ethics, mainly through organizational identification to promote career growth.Finally, the research results were analyzed and summarized, recommendations on employee management in enterprise organizations and new recruits career growth are proposed accordingly. For example, improve the method of recruitment, screening those employees who are high in professional ethics and highly fit with the organizational ethical climate; value the development and training of employees’ professional ethics. Meanwhile, the shortcomings of this study are summarized and several directions for the future researches are put forward.
