Both of them form a cooperation situation which is full of complementary resources and a win-win state. thus, in this development situation, we analyze the structure of Bio-pharmaceutical’s financing and PE’s influence on it will provide the Reference that can help solve the dilemma of Bio-pharmaceutical enterprises’ financing and make the decisions.Firstly, The study finds that China PE is an important tool to ease the stress of Bio-pharmaceutical enterprises’ financing and which has the irreplaceable action by according to analyze PE’s value impact on listed Chinese companies based on the research status of our Bio-pharmaceutical enterprises’financing.Secondly, the article resolve PE’s financing efficiency in Bio-pharmaceutical industry as the invested enterprises for the object, from the above can see that PE has the positive effect on industry, however its financing action is not fully exerted because the proportion of PE’invest is too smaller to lead to lower the financing efficiency. Finally, on the basis of the above, the article forecasts PE’s investments on bio-pharmaceutical industry in coming years which be applied the Grey-Markov model.
