| At this stage, the transformation of the mode of economic growth and the optimization of industrial structure are important content of "structural adjustment, stable growth" in China, so the adjustment of industrial structure is imminent, especially in manufacturing. As a new driving force of economic growth, innovation is also the most important way to realize the upgrading of manufacturing structure. Different types of innovation investment is the foundation of innovation, independent research and development, technical innovation, technology import and digestion, absorption, innovation are important forms of investment, they are the important ways to realize the technological progress and to improve the labor productivity. Different types of innovation investment to the influence of different factors of intensive industrial structure upgrade is different. So this paper mainly studies different types of innovation investment’s influence on manufacturing structure upgrade, concrete analysis is as follows: The first chapter mainly introduces the research background, the research significance, the research methods, the research ideas and frameworks, and possible innovations.The second chapter is literature review, there are three parts in this chapter, the first part is the summary of related contents in the upgrading of industrial structure; The second part is the industrial structure upgrade measure literature review; The third part is the upgrade of industrial structure influence factor of literature review.The third chapter is manufacturing structure upgrading of quantitative measurement and analysis, this chapter mainly use industrial structure level measuring the manufacturing structure upgrade, then27industries in manufacturing will be divided into unskilled labor-intensive industry and technology-intensive industry with R&D funding intensity and R&D personnel, and then evaluating the industrial structure of manufacturing in China highly values by the formula and description analysis, objectively reflecting the current situation of China’s manufacturing structure upgrade. Analysis found that:2005-2011, China’s manufacturing has been in the upgrade process, it is now in the stage of mainly unskilled labor-intensive industries, but it needs to make the transition to the technology-intensive industry, manufacturing structure upgrading is the core of the improvement of labor productivity.The fourth chapter is theoretical analysis that The influence of innovation investment to upgrade manufacturing structure, it mainly analysis the influence of different innovation investment to upgrade manufacturing structure from the independent innovation, technological transformation, technology introduction and digestion, absorption.The fifth chapter is innovation in the empirical analysis the impact on the upgrading of manufacturing structure and using the industry’s panel data from2005to2011in this chapter to build joint regression model empirical analysis on R&D expenditures for the reform of internal and external costs, technology, technology import spending and digestion, absorption, spending the influence of the whole structure of our country manufacturing upgrade and the impact on the two factors of intensive industrial structure upgrade. Results show that:(1) at present different types of innovation investment to upgrade all manufacturing structure differences. Technical renovation spending positive effect on the manufacturing structure upgrade is the largest, internal R&D expenses is the second, then is external R&D expenditure. Expenses technology import, digestion, absorption, technology import spending and R&D expenditures within interaction effect on manufacturing structure upgrade is not obvious.(2) Different types of innovation investment to the differences between different elements labor-intensive industries. From the point of labor and capital intensive industry, different types of innovation input of labor and capital intensive industry structure upgrading function similar to all manufacturing, confirms the current our country manufacturing to a certain extent, which is mainly composed of labor and capital intensive industry in industrial development stage; From the point of technology intensive industries, internal and external R&D expenditures impact to technology-intensive industrial structure upgrade is relatively maximum, technical renovation spending is the second, then the technology import spending. The interaction item of internal and external R&D expenses, technology import spending and internal R&D expenses to technology intensive interaction has a positive role in promoting industrial structure upgrade,Digestion, absorption, spending on technology intensive has no obvious role in promoting industrial structure upgrade.The sixth chapter mainly introduced the conclusion, suggestion and further research problems. |
