Therefore, financ lease of the effective solution to the enterprise encountered in the development of funds, equipment requirements and other issues. With the constant enlargement of the scale of financing lease, business involves the industry is more and more broad, risk recognition and prevention problem appears more and more outstanding.This thesis takes Y company JY industry as the research background, tells the company rising business profit, market development, realize the strategic layout of the risks encountered in this paper, the financial leasing industry to recognize and prevent the risks, how to conduct effective management, business how to guarantee the steady development of business.This thesis stands in the lessee and the lessor’s own operations point of view put forward problem, analyzing and solving a problem, for financial leasing project operation this paper analyzes the problems in the. Through the CAMELS risk assessment method for the analysis of Y’s JY division in operations management problems. The lessee, the lessee financial risk method of analysis of the basic situation analysis, the lessee, the lessee in the choice of financial situation changes, the lessee operating condition variation on rental reimbursement impact, undertook to the problem of discovery to find out the risk evaluation, the root causes.
