Foreign trade enterprises constitute an important part of our national economy.Made a great contribution to our country's foreign exchange earning.In 2015,in the background of international and domestic situation grim,China's export growth rate is higher than the global and major economies,adjustment of foreign trade structure,power conversion speed,increasing international market share,improving the quality and efficiency of foreign trade,making more contribution to the national economy.However,further liberalization of China's import and export right,rising RMB appreciation,weaking external demand,slowing domestic demand,rising labor costs,raw materials and foreign customers in terms of pricing discourse right ascension and foreign trade enterprises competition making China's small and medium-sized private foreign trade enterprises face a more complex environment,the uncertainty of business activities,as a result,the risk of business will increase.As long as operational risk exists,the risk of financing can not be avoided.How to get the funds for business activities in the background of the financing difficulties of small and medium enterprises,has become one of the urgent problems to be solved in small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises.However,the slender average annual profit rate,meager foreign trade financing risk prevention awareness,fiercely changing international economic environment and the lack of professional talents of foreign trade,these series of factors have exacerbated the financing risk of small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises.Therefore,solving the problem of financing risk management has become the key point to the task of the financial management of small and medium sized foreign trade enterprises.M company is a private small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprise in the development of business process,there are not only earning financing,more is to rely on debt financing.Debt financing has different financing risk,international and domestic complex situation increases the M company's business risk with the increasing company's financing risk.The capital can not create revenue as well as not repaying the funds will lead to more serious financial crisis,even insolvent.Thispaper is deeply studying around the M company financing risk based on this background.This paper lays the foundation of writing according to the statement of related financing risk.First of all,based on the analysis of the existence of M company for nearly three years of financial status and financing management,we can lay the foundation for the financing risk identification of M company;Secondly,explaining M company's financing risk of different financing channels besides,identifying the risk,so as to analyzing two causes on corporate financing risk from the internal and external aspects.Among them,the internal factors are mainly the liabilities of the company scale,duration and timing is not reasonable;the external factors are affected by the international economic situation,the national policy and financial market exchange rate and interest rate changes;Thirdly,from four aspects of profitability,solvency,operation ability and development capacity to establish M company for the system of financing risk assessment,to give quantitative assessment using the efficacy coefficient method of company financing risk,the evaluation result shows that the M company is facing the higher financing risk;Finally,proposing some measures according to the M company's financing risk before,during and after the prevention of financing risk to help M company to establish a financial risk early warning system,raising the level of corporate finance risk awareness and control.At the same time,this paper is hoping to play a reference role in similar foreign trade enterprises.
