Separated Management of this Kind only take weightily attention to internal subordinate enterprise cost reduction, at the same time, attention to decreasing expense of single-item logistic function, however, ignore of cost synergy of upper down logistics in industry circle, neglect reciprocally restricted relation among logistic function of all kinds; therefore, consequently lead to series of realistic problems such as high-level management&operation cost of raw material and finished products, high-level stock, together with a great deal of engrossed capital and etc.Thesis herein systemically analyze above-mentioned status quo of logistic business within ZDT Eastern Mongolia Energy Group Corporation on the basis, strategically survey the radical problem with regard to target, orientation, responsibility, development direction of logistic management among group. on the above all, propose logistic-operation scheme of ZDT Eastern Mongolia Energy Group, as "integration, net-work distribution". The main research content of article herein include as follows:(1)expatiate concept, history and evolvement of the integration of logistics, on-going review and analyze domestic and overseas status quo of enterprise logistic business;(2)analyze management problem and status quo of logistic businesses within ZDT Eastern Mongolia Energy Group, mainly diagnose management status quo of logistic business among ZDT Eastern Mongolia Energy Group, further indicate problem existed, propose significance and necessity of logistic business conformity;(3)On the basis of status quo analysis and necessity research of logistic conformity within ZDT Eastern Mongolia Energy Group Corporation, submit general thinking of business operation within ZDT Eastern Mongolia Energy Group Corporation, as executing "integration, net-work distribution" logistic operation, further research integrated management scheme of " overall purchasing, integrated sale, common management of storage, coordinated transportation and distribution", with reference to net-work operation scheme of "operation scheme of net work appliance, net-work organization, net-work information.(4)External and internal benefit analysis of integrated logistic within ZDT Eastern Mongolia Energy Group Corporation. mainly analyze execution of logistic operating within ZDT Eastern Mongolia Energy Group Corporation, benefit which result from reduction of logistic operating cost, stock-in-trade expense, logistic management expenditure, together with purchasing charge; profit coming from external logistic service and advantage on logistic information service.
