The Research On The Design Scheme About The Logistics Integration Of Jinmu Group

JinDuiCheng Molybdenum Group Co. Ltd.( the JinMu Group) is a large corporation focusing on the mining, selecting, melting, processing, researching, crafting and trading of the metal molybdenum. In order to maintain its own competition superiority and sustainable growth, the Group found it essential to promote the integration and outsourcing of non-central businesses, pooling the strength on manpower, capital and materials to take control of the new mineral resources and intensify our technological innovation. Aside from that, it is also essential to enhance the reforms in the logistics sector whose main contents are restructuring and integration. All these indicate great and far-reaching significance for our better logistic service and even the group at large.This article has conducted an analysis on the Group and its present logistic service in respect of its state, problems, opportunities and challenges, as well as necessary research on the importance, process and the plans of the integration of the group. The author argues that logistic integration is the only choice of the JinMu Group, and it will be followed by two steps, first, to establish a JDC logistic department which is subject to the JinMu Group; second, to establish a JDC logistic firm which is invested by the group and has independent legal person credit.The research and prediction by this article on the second program about the logistic integration of the JinMu group----strategic positioning, proprietary structure, organizational structure, processing flow, manpower and enterprise culture go to show that this plan is feasible.This article has used a series of theoretical thoughts and opinions and such management methods and instruments as quantitative analysis and table demonstration. The author maintains that this article has its own features and innovation: it has raised a theoretical and thinking model based on 3-D structure, developed the concept and theories of logistics, held that two steps taken to complete logistic integration, logistic businesses and the employees involved in them outsourced, a balance mechanism introduced on the design of the ownership structure, and an assistant manager etc. provided. It has also expounded relatively independent opinions on how to value and enroll talent by judging their virtues alone, incorporate the personal realization into achievement and efficiency management, combine the test of them with the income of the staff, better the structure of the income, enterprise culture and the thought of construction.The research of this article is providing support for the next step of the JinMu Group logistic integration on thoughts and methods. This article also tried to carry out some deeper discussions on the reforms of the SOEs.
