The virtual enterprise is the advanced enterprise organization model in the context of the highly developing information technology and maturity of the network manufacturing. Virtual enterprise, which is initiated by the dominant enterprise mastering the core competencies, is a corporate alliance composed by a number of cooperative enterprises which meet the cooperative conditions. Through resource sharing, communication and coordination among enterprises, corporate alliances seize the market opportunities and make the collaborative completion of design, manufacturing, logistics, sales and other aspects of products in order to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in market economy conditions. Throughout the life cycle of virtual enterprise, internal management problem is the key to the functioning of the entire league success. Due to the flexibility, looseness of the organizational structure of the virtual enterprise and the complexity among enterprises, the issue has become a hot and difficult problem in virtual enterprise.In this thesis, the general situation of the domestic and abroad developments in the field of networked manufacturing and virtual enterprises are reviewed completely. On this basis, a series of study on management issues about virtual enterprise are researched in the context of networked manufacturing. The main research works in this paper as follows:(1) For the core of the virtual enterprise management-the partner selection, a three-stage evaluation model is established and comprehensive evaluation index system which is based on research and development of enterprise is filtered. Proposed partner primary election algorithm based on cluster analysis and comprehensive evaluation based on entropy weight fuzzy AHP algorithm is applied in the partner election. Verified the algorithm applicability and superiority combined with an enterprise instance.(2) Elaborated the content of the virtual enterprise resource management and studied the resource allocation of virtual enterprise from the perspective of the mission requirements, decomposition and allocation. Discussed the complement of enterprise task and resource planning combined with the ERP, Multi-Agent artificial intelligence from the characteristics of virtual enterprise network.(3) Analyzed the risk factors and type of virtual enterprise management. Constructed the comprehensive evaluation index system for virtual enterprise risk assessment on the basis of risk classification and recognition. Assessed the state of the enterprise risk with the artificial neural network theory and demonstrated the feasibility of this method. Proposed the risk control and prevention strategy.(4) Utilized the techniques of ASP, IIS, Access and JavaScript to exploit virtual enterprise partner election management system by using B/S architecture and in the Web-based operating environment. The operating result validated the correctness and technique feasibility of the theory.
