| As the more strengthening support to the agriculture, rural and farmers, the rural economy get a rapid development, and the peasant has increasingly need on financial service. On the contrary, the former country financial system makes it unfit for the current rural economy development. So, to establish the rural bank, which could push the forming of financial systems by an all-inclusive, diversified investment and efficient service way, could modify the financial service and could promote the harmonious development, has a very important meaning. For those reasons, it is necessary for the paper to study the business risk and construct the prevention system of the rural bank, a new financial institution.Through the analysis of rural bank’s sources and types of risk, and combine with the management practice of Li Shi rural bank, the paper identifies and assesses its business risk in advance, and then explores the business risk identification and prevention system construction profitably. Firstly, the paper expounds the business target, the sources and types of business risk, and the method of risk identification and assessment in the rural bank. Secondly, the paper introduces the development history and management activities in the rural bank. In addition, its management performance is also illustrated by three aspects:profitability, liquidity status and safety index. Thirdly, based on the analysis of sources and types of risk in Li Shi rural bank, the paper concludes that the existence of three types risk are credit risk, liquidity risk and operating risk. Moreover, the rank of business risk is estimated as well, and the conclusion reached is that business management is relative safe with A rating. Finally, aimed at risks in Li Shi rural bank business process, the thoughts and methods to construct prevention system are proposed on the combination of organizational structure, management system, sorts management and grading controlling. |
