With the acceleration of global economic integration, inter-enterprise acquisitions wave has gradually spread to developing countries from the original, while also increasing the size and scope of expansion and internationalization. From those of large multinational groups, to small and medium entrepreneurs who are all aware of one dominant business model of monopolistic competition does not exist, mergers and acquisitions is the effective way to enhance their competitive force, expanding the size.Since the1990s, the size and number of mergers and acquisitions has been showing a rising trend. Mercer Management Consulting analyzed the270M&A transactions, which shows more than half of the surveyed companies return on investment is much lower than the level of corporate mergers and acquisitions front, only twenty-five percent of merger cases can be called a success. The reason is the using the improper human resources integration strategy properly.From the current status of SC Company, this paper summarized comprehensively the content, method and mode of the principle of human resources. From the problems and conflicts occur during the actual merger produced a detailed analysis of length of the time employed, age, gender, education, staff positions, salaries and employee level such7employee characteristics, and the use of principal component analysis to demonstrate the features of these employees factors the impact of the integration of human resource strategy. According to the results of quantitative analysis to help companies improve HR SC integration strategy in M&A process, to increase the economic benefits after the merger effects. Finally, the empirical and mathematical model verifies the practical value of the principal component analysis model.
