With the five times of large-scale enterprise merger waves of the western countriessince the nineteenth century and three times merger waves of our country since thesecond half of the twentieth century. At present, the enterprise merger is now in theClimax stages. As the inevitable outcome of the Scale economy development,Socialized production, Industrial structure adjustment and Capital assembling, theenterprise merger is one of the oldest research subjects of the western economics andthe theory and practice research is much more mature, while the related research workof domestic is still in the initial stage. Many aspects of the research are relatively weak,and especially the human resources integration which relate to china’s nationalconditions.As the first merger recourses integration of the resources, the effect of humanresource integration directly related to the success or failure of the activity of theintegration and acquisition. At present, only a third of the merger and acquisitionactivity is relatively successful, nearly two thirds of the mergers are failure in all casesof enterprise merger. The mainly reason is the human resources integrationunsatisfactory. Now, the domestic research about human resources integration isincreased year by year, but most of the focus on the case and the process of theimplementation of human integration, and also the infect of enterprise performance bythe integration. But little relate to the integrate way and the choice of the employees. Inthe practice some cases are directly on issued, but mechanism and empirical researchis very few on the fit of the different characteristics of the employees. This paper startsfrom the features and the factor of the characteristics of employees and combined withexamples, based on a profound comprehension about the related theory of the human resources integration of enterprise merger, from the following several aspects of theresearch and exploration:1. The thesis combines the characteristics of enterprises in our country, based on thecomprehensive analysis about the related theory of the enterprise merger humanresources integration and staff characteristic factors, established enterprise mergerhuman resources integration model which based on the characteristics of theemployees.2. The paper summarized comprehensively the principle of human resourcesintegration, strategies, content and meaning and integration mode and relatedtheory in the process of enterprise merger.3. Papers systematically studied the staff characteristics and defined the concept of thestaff features creativity. Analyzed of the staff characteristic factors at length.Eventually, according to some of the characteristics of the state-owned enterprise,this paper selected position level, date of birth, gender, educational level,working time, salary grade six characteristic factors to study the influence to thehuman resources conformity way.4. On the basis of the selected staff characteristics, the thesis used the principalcomponent analysis quantitatively established enterprise merger of human resourceintegration staff characteristic model and some the profit comparison models, forexamples, early retirement endowment insurance quantitative analysis model,staff wage payment model, early retirement and continue to cost more model andso on.5. In this paper, the university’s first purchase in state-owned enterprises, TheScience and Education Industry Company of the Xian building biding for the Shanxi steel plant as an example, uses the principal component analysis model of thehuman resources integration which based on the characteristics of the employees inthe enterprise merger. Analyzed empirically related research in the paper.
