As the Internet is radically diffusing, most enterprises in the world are extending e-business investment, so the market is growing fast. Recently, as the E-Marketplace for international trade is recognized as a representative B2B business model, competition among international is getting more serious.As Chinese enterprises actively utilize the electronic commerce transaction, they came to know that the deals between the enterprises through the trade E-Marketplace have more merits than the traditional commercial transaction methods.Accordingly, more and more Chinese enterprises took part in the trade E-Marketplace, and the deals between the enterprises network came to grow. However, due to the defective government policy in China, the regional differences, and the poor digital base, and so on, the enterprises can not sufficiently utilize the potential of E-Marketplace for international trade.In this context, this thesis analyzed the determinants of the usage of E-Marketplace and performances in the Chinese enterprises. Based on the questionnaire which aimed at the enterprises that uses the services of Alibabab.com, the representative E-Marketplace of China. And through that, I tried to find the factors affecting the business outcome, in this thesis.According to the results of the empirical research, we might come to have some idea to improve the competitive strength and services of enterprises using E-Marketplace. Simultaneously, this study also analyzed the problems of Chinese E-Marketplace and suggests many useful implications for development of Chinese E-Marketplace.
