In recent years along with the network shopping is more and more developed, especially the mobile terminal, the importance of physical stores operating increasingly pale and weak. More and more scholars are joining the academic theory research of network shopping. However, the establishment of a brand, it is not far away enough to build the online platform. Today, most of the brands still rely on offline entities shops; online web store is complementary of marketing to win customers. Compared with the network shopping, one of the advantages of physical stores is the ability to meet the demand of the spirit of the people shopping experience. Shopping sometimes is not an end, but a kind of enjoying the process of experience comfortable shopping environment and brings pleasure shopping it. Store is another meaning, is the brand of "existence". The thesis is to state the operations of the retail owned store based on the SPA model.As the founder of SPA theory, the Gap in the clothing retail brand operation mode has a representative role irreplaceable. In the north American market, has been in a leadership advantage. After entering China in2011, Gap quickly opened hundreds stores within three years, the introduction of the three brands, and obtains the property on the self.sustaining.
