Evaluation For The Coal Synthesis Gas To Propylene Project Of Shenhua Ningxia Coal Industry Group Co., Ltd

On the basis of relevant theory of evaluation, the Ningxia Coal Industry Group Co.ltd coal synthesis gas to propylene project carried out a detailed investigation and the analysis of the feasibility of the project. First, it introduces the background of the project, according to the investment needs of the national economy and the current state of the basic construction of the necessity and significance of the project. Second, it is the literature review related to this thesis and mainly introduces the development process of project evaluation, project evaluation, project evaluation classification hierarchy analysis and project evaluation steps. Third, this paper has carried on the market analysis from five aspects of the project construction, respectively from foreign market analysis, domestic market analysis, foreign price analysis, target market analysis, competition analysis. Finally, this paper introduces the projects’ analysis and selection respectively from the product design, process selection, process flow, production process control and instrumentation, raw materials, fuel supply, site selection and general layout and transportation that which makes the detailed planning and description and the use of project feasibility analysis on the project to conduct a comprehensive analysis. And project feasibility analysis method is used to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the project, including water supply and drainage, power supply, environmental protection analysis, fire control, energy saving and water saving analysis and the analysis of project implementation plan. On this basis, through the investment estimation and fund raising plan, this paper evaluates the economic benefit. The final analysis comprehensive conclusion is that this project is feasible.
