Bayuquan Iron and Steel company branch of Angang Steel companylimited is located in industrial park of the Yinkou open economic zone. It issituated on the east side of the Liaodong bay and on the northeast of theBayuquan port. Its annual steel yield is five million tons today. The steelindustry is faced with the serious puzzle currently which is involved the overcapacity excess production capacity, the cost of production stay at a high level,the space of profit is restricted. The development of the company branch isconfined badly.In order to promote the company branch sustainable development,achieve the target that the inshore greenness steel industry base will beestablished with the most world’s competitive, Bayuquan Iron and Steelcompany branch decide to establish a new innovative administrant patternwhich the core is market, people oriented, innovation, greenness, keepimproving, wisdom, the crew target management system is oriented by themarket is the center of the innovative administrant pattern. Based on thebackground, the thesis will emphasize the research content which is how toorient the marketable information, organize the management according tomarketable rule and construct a target duty system which will be conceivedwith the characteristic that is arriving bottom lateral and margin endwise. Theadministrant thought will insure the target is decomposed and controlled layerupon layer, promote the corporation change from production to management.The thesis include six chapters, the first chapter is “introduction”.
