Research On The Tactics Of Improving Sustainable Supply Chain Performance In Manufacturing Enterpirses From Aspect Of Strategy Orientation

With the development of sustainable economy and environment protection, anincreasing number of enterprises are paying attention to the social and environmentalresponsibilities. Facing the fierce competition, many enterprises have to conduct a seriesof revolution in their supply chain to satisfy the customers by balancing the product cost,quality, price, time, and logistics. However, it is hard to survive merely relying on internalresources and relationships, so that enterprises have to accelerate integrating their supplychain to improve its advantage. Therefore, it’s necessary in theoretical and practical tostudyon how to improve the performance ofsustainable supply chain.Based on the analysis of manufacturing enterprises, the paper is committed tohow the enterprise strategy could impact the stainable supply chain performance inthe method of case study and social practice. First of all, it summarized relevantdomestic and foreign studies on strategy orientation and sustainable supply chainperformance, and the author came with the idea by analyzing the relationship betweenstrategy orientation and sustainable supply chain performance. Secondly the paperpointed out to improve the sustainable supply chain performance in market orientationand learning orientation in strategy from the previous study results. At last but not theleast, it analyzed the supply chain of Color Star (Fuzhou) Products Co., Ltd, andproposed in tactics to improve its sustainable supply chain performance from marketorientation and learning orientation.By case study and social practice, the paper comes to the conclusion that marketorientation and learning orientation has positive influence in the sustainable supplychain performance in strategy. It will not only enrich the theoretical system ofsustainable supply chain, but also provide a reference at how companies can improvethe sustainable supply chain performance in the balance of sustainable economicdevelopment, the environment, and society.
