Human capital has become the core competence of enterprises. If enterprises wantto enhance the core competitiveness and become a leader in the fierce competition,it must be more effective incentive to employees. Now, one of the key approaches forelevating the core competitiveness of enterprises is mastering the incentive factors ofemployees. However, some enterprises do not know the status of whether their ownemployees are motivated and there are a lot of problems in the process of management. In this thesis, we are going to study the incentive factors for a company’s employees, and provide the basis for the enterprise employees to be incentive.This thesis bases on the previous research results. Questionnaire, statistics method and factor analysis are used as the main study method of the empirical analysis. Wecan come to the conclusion and puts forward some management suggestions. Firstly, according to the previous literature on staff incentive factors to do the comprehensive analysis, on the incentive factors of employee in the A company, puts forward theresearch hypothesis and relation model. Secondly, a questionnaire survey was conducted on the staff, by the methods of statistics preliminary analysis of the basic incentivestatus of the employees. According to the incentive factors questionnaire data of a company employee, using SPSS software for data factor analysis, we can determine the incentive factors of the A company employees. The incentive factors are mainly divided into five aspects: they are work, pay, growth stimulate, leadership stimulating and other factors. It contains23factors, they are social status, achievements, challenging work, team work, work atmosphere, work status, working environment, employee reward, salary and benefits, personal contribution, working interest, sense of ownership of enterprise, job promotion, employing mechanism, growth, independent working capacity, enterprise prospect, leadership recognition, charismatic leadership, leadership attention, leadership fair, job enrichment, job responsibilities. The employees from different position have different feelings on incentive factors, enterprise managers need to have the incentiveto the target. The results provide reference for the management of employee to A company managers.
