People pay more and more attention on the so-called "people management".The modern management activities focus has shifted from on the "money " to human resources, then how to motivate "people" at work has become a core issue of the current management.This paper follows the "theoretical framework - Case Studies - Policy recommendations" research ideas, in the past theory and scholars on the basis of the research are reviewed, with the method of questionnaire investigation and interview, to A enterprise organization framework, analyzing the present situation and problems of human resources, found the problems as follows:employees are not satisfied with pay and benefits, working environment can not meet the requirements, interpersonal environment can not meet the requirements, automatic turnover rise, dissatisfaction with the performance review, promotion mechanism is not complete, training is not satisfied, the reward and punishment system satisfaction is not satisfied, presented by constructing the perfect welfare system, building smooth communication channels, building excellent enterprise culture perfect enterprise based on health factors of the team incentive measures; through the establishment of the compensation system of multi-level, establishing the perfect training mechanism, building a clear career planning, setting performance goals for the challenge, perfect system of rewards and punishment etc. improving enterprise incentive factors on incentive strategy recommendations for improvement.
