Employee credit and management system is a core part of basic system for enterprises, it is related to life and death for enterprises, and it is also related to strategies for enterprises. Most of researches for credit system in China are focus on external in enterprises, but relatively less focus on employee credit research and application internal. However, accompanied by disappearance of demographic dividend and development of economy, more and more contradictions are sharp between enterprises and employees day by day. How to tap potential of human resource and how to build a harmonious labor relation have became the problem that all entrepreneurs and human resource specialists are focus. If the credit between enterprises and employees is high, it has very important supporting effect for tapping potential of human resource and building a harmonious labor relation in enterprises. The research of building employee credit and management system for typical enterprises, in order to manage and control the system well, and has important realistic significance for improving and upgrading employee credit and management system of all enterprise at present.According to life cycle theory and asymmetric information theory, deeply research the employee credit and management system of market leader of security industry in domestic--Xianglong Technology Company, find the relationship between organization development, performance report and employee credit during twenty years, and finally to confirm relevant rules. Using3D credit theory as a guide, we can build employee credit and management system that combine moral credit, credit system with promise credit for the organization. This system supply the reference of integrating actual cases and relative theories and methods for entrepreneurs and HR specialists who purse positive influence of employee credit system to performance.According to life cycle theory and asymmetric information theory, deeply research the employee credit and management system of market leader of security industry in domestic--Xianglong Technology Company, find the relationship between organization development, performance report and employee credit during twenty years, and finally to confirm relevant rules.
