Abstract/Summary:
Beijing Subway is the urban orbit traffic service in the capital,it not only the firstestablish subway but also the busiest subway system in China. The daily passengertraffic is more than10million from January to July2014.Till the year2015,Beijingsubway operating mileage will reach660km andreach0.94km/sq. km within theFourth Ring Road. At that time people only need to walk at most1km to get to thenearby subway station.The developments of subway network bring convenience to society, but also bringchallenges in operations management. Based on the rapid development of BeijingSubway network operation and the crucible of passenger flow in key componentsubway lines, the author researches by using theoretical analysis and empirical analysiscombining, using theories of service marketing and passenger satisfaction survey,finding Beijing Subway weak link and control point around passenger satisfaction,analyzing the relationship between the need of passengers and the passenger capacityin Beijing Subway, advising recommends about increasing transport capacity,improving carrying capacity, reliability of service equipment and station environmentto improve the quality of service in Beijing Subway.The author stands on passenger satisfaction to consider the effect of improvingquality of service strategy such as tickets, security, diversified services and exploresthe continuous improvement in future. At last this article is a reference resource ofimproving Beijing Subway passenger satisfaction.
