As the integration of World Economy, globalization of knowledge innovation and the high-speed development of information technology, Market show more uncertainty and multi-transferring, and organizations is facing more and more challenge. Under the new type of competitive environment, talents become to be the decisive factor which could bring competitive advantage to company. Thus the strain capacity, adaptive capacity and positive interaction between leader and subordinate is more and more important.Following the further research on leader-member relation, the leadership theory transfer from traditional static theory to dynamic process which is focus on social exchange between leader and subordinate. Leader-member exchange (LMX) is one of the research hotspot in the leadership theory filed recently. In the related research between LMX and organization effect variables, the reason why organizational justice gets much attention is that the basic assumptions of LMX theory is leader will treat different subordinates in different way, which will affect subordinates’organizational justice. As an important enterprise measurement index, work-related happiness got scholar’s attention, previous reseach show that the communication between leader and subordinates, justice could affect work-related happiness.Previous research show that LMX affect organizational justice, LMX affect work-related happiness, organizational justice affect work-related happiness, but there is no research turn to study how LMX and organizational justice work on work-related happiness. This research tries to know the affect mechanism between LMX, justice and work-related happiness.Based on this situation, this research got1120valid sample data by sending out1238questionnaires to different level in central enterprises. We conduct statistical test by using factor analysis and regression analysis, as a result we verify the influence model between LMX and work related well-being. Research result indicates:(1) LMX has positive influence on work related well-being;(2) LMX has positive influence on organizational justice;(3) organizational justice has positive influence on work related well-being;(4) organizational justice play as a part of intermediary role between LMX and work related well-being.
