Therefore, to strengthen settlement of the project audit system is a very effective way to reasonably control the project cost.This paper take Wu Qi Petroleum Production’s Xue Cha Petroleum Surface Engineering projectas an example of the completion settlement project audit management system. Through the theory of the audits explain the completion settlement audit supervision systems’ goal, necessity, practicalsignificance and the final Estimate Audit’s current situation of domestic and foreign, meanwhilecombining the project’s survey and problems. On this basis, embracingthe project’s audit supervision function and process optimization to explain and puts forward themeasures and strategies of audit management optimization.Oil has important strategic and economic significance for the development of society. Petroleum surface engineering, as an important part of an oil field construction, occupies an important position in petroleum engineering construction investment. Audit as an important method to control project cost has important applications in the settlement of the completion of the project.In this paper, taking Wu Qi Petroleum Production’s Xue Cha Petroleum Surface Engineering project as an example of the Project Completion Audit Management Control settlement, the author sets forth the target for completion of the settlement of audit supervision system, according to the situation, priorities and methods described, combined with the actual analysis of Wu Qi Petroleum Production’s Xue Cha area, on the basis of project completion settlement auditing theory.
