Regional Equipment Manufacturing Industry And Producer Services Integration Development Dynamic Mechanism

Under the background of economic globalization, Chinese equipmentmanufacturing industry and producer service industry have been locked at thebottom of the global value chain, and their international competitiveness isrelatively low. To improve the competitiveness of equipment manufacturingindustry and producer service industry became the most important issue for theirdevelopment. Fortunately, industrial convergence provided an effective way toimprove the industrial competitiveness. So, under the background of economicglobalization, the systematic research on the industrial convergence mechanismand the guarantee tactics of industrial convergence, such as construction ofresearch system of industrial convergence mechanism, revelation of industrialconvergence characteristics and laws are highly necessary for promoting thedevelopment of equipment manufacturing industry, producer service industry, andeven the macroeconomic. In a nutshell, the research of industrial convergencemechanism and guarantee tactics of equipment manufacturing industry andproducer service industry not only has important theoretical significance, but alsohas great practical significance. Equipment manufacturing and producer serviceinteraction into two industry to achieve its own trend of steady, rapid andsustained growth. Therefore, the study of how to promote the regional equipmentmanufacturing industry and interaction has an important role in the developmentof producer services.On the foundation of definition of related concepts, this paper analyzed thenecessity of equipment manufacturing industry and interactive development ofproducer services from labor, value chain, ecological community, and reveals theconvergence trend of equipment manufacturing industry and producer service industry. The convergence conditions are also analyzed in this chapter. Theconvergence conditions are reduction of industrial deregulation, matching ofproduction factors and the integration of rational way. This chapter analyzes theinteraction of equipment manufacturing and producer services developmentpower sources from the internal drive and external thrust. On these bases, thisdissertation made a comprehensive analysis of the convergence influence factors.After that, this dissertation makes a quantitative measurement, promotesequipment manufacturing and producer services interaction is proposedsuggestions for subsequent fusion power mechanism and protection strategy ofproviding a theoretical basis.From policy incentives, market mechanisms, technological innovationmechanism, this dissertation analyzed the dynamic mechanism of equipmentmanufacturing and produces services, and reveals components and mode ofaction of dynamic mechanism. This chapter also proposed security strategy forinteraction of equipment manufacturing and producer services developmentdynamic mechanism from organization and system guarantee.By selecting the typical equipment manufacturing industry and producerservice industry of Heilongjiang Province as example, this dissertation madeempirical studies on industrial convergence. Based on the achievement ofempirical studies, this dissertation gave the countermeasures for promoting theindustrial convergence development of equipment manufacturing industry andproducer service industry.
