The Study On Coordinated Development Of Equipment Manufacturing And Producer Service Of Zhejiang

At the present stage, Zhejiang’s economic development is at a critical transitionalperiod. As the important strategic industries of Zhejiang, the development levels ofequipment manufacturing and producer service industry are significant for promotingthe transformation of economic development mode and upgrading industrial structure.While Zhejiang’s equipment manufacturing and producer services show a significantinteraction and integration trend, it is of great significance for Zhejiang to analyze theinteraction of the two industries.Firstly, the paper gives the definitions of equipment manufacturing industry andproducer service industry, and then analyzes relationship between the two industriesmainly from the interactive view. It analyzes the interaction mechanisms between thetwo industries, and then explains the meaning, characteristics and significance ofcoordination development of equipment manufacturing and producer service industrywhich is the ideal state of interactive development of two industries. Secondly the paperestablishes index system of development condition of equipment manufacturing andproducer service industry from scale level, structural level, growth level and efficiencylevel. Then based on the coupling model of physics and considering coordinated andcomprehensive development level of the two industries, the paper builds the system co-ordination model. Thirdly this article introduces current development conditions ofequipment manufacturing and producer service industry of Zhejiang Province, and thencalculates the development levels and coordination development degree of the twoindustries from2005to2013. From the perspective of single industry, thedevelopments of equipment manufacturing industry and producer service industry havereached high levels, but the development of producer service industry is behindequipment manufacturing. From the perspective of coordination development level ofthe two industries, the coordination development of equipment manufacturing andproducer service industry in Zhejiang has reached a good level, but industry structuresare not reasonable, affecting adversely on the joint development of the two industries.Finally, the paper gives some policy recommendations to promote coordinated development of equipment manufacturing and producer service industry of ZhejiangProvince.
