The Development Problems And Countermeasures Of Village Banks In Hebei Province

Solveing "Agriculture,Countryside and Farmer" issues is to maintain the sustainable development of China’s economy, maintain social stability, and comprehensively promote the construction of well-off society,which are the objective requirements of modernization construction.And meet ing the countryside, agriculture and farmers financial demand is the key to solve the " agriculture issues".As new rural financial institution only emerging in recent years which is unique and full of hope,village bank has attracted many domestic experts and scholars attention at first.Domestic experts and scholars generally believe that the emergence of rural banks provides an important way to alleviate the imbalance between supply and demand of rural fund situation. At the same time, the village bank in the early stage of development has encountered many difficulties, and domestic experts and scholars have put forward the countermeasure and the suggestion.This paper introduces the development situation of rural banks of Hebei province, concretely analyzes the current development and positive role of village banks, compares with other financial organizations, analyzes the feasibility. points out the particularity and necessity of the existence of the village bank. Then this paper focuses on the analysis of the specific problems of Hebei province rural banks from two view angles caused by their own problems and the problems of external environment analysis. Then, this paper selects USA and Indonesia,the two foreign successful cases, for comparative analysis, in the domestic selection compares HSBC rural bank and successful cases of the city commercial banks to compare villages bank of Hebei province. On this basis, put forward policies and Suggestions from the village banks itself construction and the external environment construction.
