Research On Problems And Countermeasures In The Reconstruction Of Chengzhong Village In SK Village Of Zhengzhou City

As a product of the process of urbanization,urban villages have the dual characteristics of both urban and rural areas,but also the multiple contradictions and conflicts of the two structure of urban and rural areas.A typical form is located in Zhengzhou city SK village has a village,including many illegal buildings and messy,identity diversity and high mobility,the villagers no longer keep farmland,and rent workers become the main economic source.Located in the center of the city,but the level of hardware facilities and the level of welfare and the existence of a gap in the city,the transformation of SK village is imperative.The thesis can be divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly expounds the research background and significance,research contents and methods.The second part is about the concept and the way of the transformation of the village in the city,and introduces the main types,typical patterns and experiences of the transformation of the villages in the city.The third part is the introduction of the design and operation of the village reconstruction in the village of SK in Zhengzhou,including the general situation of the project,the overall design of the project,the current operation mode of the transformation.The fourth part analyzes the problems and causes of SK village reconstruction of the village.This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions in SK village in the fifth part,to improve the SK village reconstruction.In this paper,the actual case as the research object,collecting real data,insight into the existing problems,in theory,to a certain extent,enrich the transformation of villages in the relevant research.In actual operation,to provide a reference for the transformation to the next village of SK,the results in the space layout,land resources planning and subsequent community management issues such as to provide a reference for the project,at the same time,other villages have the same problem with the village of SK,but also has some practical reference value.
