This paper clarifies the background and the theoretical and practical significanceof researching on the problem of enterprise performance，then from the two aspects ofdomestic and foreign scholars from various countries of the world on businessperformance factors point of view of the sort, and then to improve the businesstheoretical discussion of performance, summarizes today’s mainstream theory of thethree state-owned enterprise performance analysis, after the construction of a simpletheoretical model framework to discuss the performance differences betweenenterprises, as well as factors that affect the industry and ownership on firmperformance through descriptive statistics on the basis of the above qualitativeanalysis of factors that affect the performance of the empirical analysis to many listedcompanies as samples, establish panel data models at different levels of the factorstested, quantitative analysis of the impact business performance factors macro andmicro levels. By foreign state-owned enterprises and private enterprises in theempirical analysis and comparison, to discuss the key factors affecting businessperformance which, finally concluded and the corresponding policyrecommendations.
