As the services of insurance company is intangible product, this determines the "humanistic factors" in the whole intangible product of importance in the process of production and sales. From this Angle to analyze real competitiveness, short history of Chinese insurance companies can’t with powerful foreign capital insurance company, a Chinese insurance company still has a long way to go. But, from the perspective of a potential competitive factors, enhance the level of customer service management is the key to cultivating Chinese insurance company core competitiveness, Chinese insurance companies can make use of local advantages to compete with foreign insurance company. In this paper, from the Pacific life insurance company’s customer service management present situation, through the customer service situation carries on the detailed analysis and studies, finally according to the characteristics of the Chinese life insurance companies targeted customer service management strategies are put forward.This article first from the Pacific life insurance company in the management of customer service present situation, detailed in-depth analysis of the Pacific life insurance company in the management of customer service management on the advantages and disadvantages, emphatically analyzes the existing problems; After the life insurance companies at home and abroad customer service management experience are analyzed. After a full range of puts forward the proposal of Pacific life insurance company’s customer service management, through the idea, to solve the disadvantages of present company in customer service management, realize the goal of the company’s customer service management, namely the implementation from the response to active service to the excellent service. Finally for the smooth implementation of the proposed ideas, it is pointed out that the Pacific life insurance company should take the protection measures, the establishment of the company’s customer service culture, is the company’s success in customer service management, the basis of the construction of credit system and customer service evaluation and perfect customer service system is whether to comply with the provisions of the company will ensure that customer service management, employee satisfaction and loyalty of ascension can effectively promote the competitiveness of the company’s customer service level and customer service. Through the study of the Pacific life insurance company’s management of customer service, through the Pacific company’s management of customer service, on the analysis of existing problems, the Chinese life insurance company for the future of the pointed out development direction of customer service management.
