Research On Effect Of Resilience Characteristics Of Entrepreneurs On Successful Entrepreneurship

In the21st century, the world is facing a new entrepreneurship era. Entrepreneurship has becoming a global topic, getting more and more attention from every country and region. No matter whether in developed countries or in developing countries, entrepreneurial activities are showing more and more close relationship with economic output, technological progress, labor employment etc. Entrepreneurship has become an absolutely indispensable part in the growth of the national economy. The growth and development of the entrepreneurship has drawn widespread concern and are researched by various circles of society.Most scholars think there are many factors affecting the development of start-up companies, among which entrepreneur is one of the most important factors. For many entrepreneurs, some of them cannot handle the pressure and they choose to give up; some overcome challenges and pressure constantly, then they become outstanding entrepreneurs eventually. In the difficult start-up process, whether entrepreneurs have optimistic and positive attitude to face the challenge, or can overcome the difficulties is directly related to the success or failure of an enterprise. So it is necessary to study how the entrepreneurs who are in adversity, in the uncertain situation and in conflicting and changeable environment can respond proactively and make the enterprise develop into the better direction. Also the study has both scientific significance and application values.The study used qualitative research method to explore the effect the resilience of entrepreneurs on the successful entrepreneurship from the key factors of affecting successful entrepreneurship, and aims to investigate relationship between the resilience of entrepreneurs and successful entrepreneurship. The article combines theoretical argumentation and empirical data analysis. The paper acquires empirical data by in-depth interview, mainly adopting the methods of a combination of multiple-case study and qualitative study, then summarizes the common resilient characteristics of entrepreneurs and creatively constructs the resilience characteristic model. In the meantime, it analyzes and concludes how the resilience characteristics of entrepreneurs affect successful entrepreneurship, and gives suggestions on improving entrepreneur resilience. The research results of this paper provide implication to cultivating innovative talents of college students, identifying potential excellent entrepreneurs, education training system of entrepreneurs and venture capital firm choosing investors.This study includes1figures,6tables and64references.
