This dissertation is in commercial vehicle network based on the external environment and industry environment analysis, to explore the commercial vehicle business model and innovative network. Finally in HY Company, for example, for commercial vehicle network business model innovation of the way and the direction to carry on the analysis, research. In the study of the enterprise business model of innovation, but also for the same type of business to provide a reference.With the rapid development of logistics industry, the logistics industry of China is increasing year by year, and the domestic logistics industry is gradually developing towards modernization and fine development. As the cornerstone of modern logistics, Internet of things, cloud computing, big data, mobile Internet and other advanced logistics information technology applications to improve the level of domestic logistics modernization. The wide application of logistics information technology in the vehicle has brought the turning point for the development of the automobile industry.At first, theory of enterprise competitive strategy and business model and innovation is reviewed, in today’s fierce competition in the market, traditional product and service differentiation strategy have been unable to enable enterprises to maintain long-term competitive advantage in the competition. Through business model innovation to enhance the enterprise core value, improve the enterprise’s market competitiveness has become the consensus of many researchers and entrepreneurs. Through analysis of the status quo of the enterprise survival environment and industry competition, it can be seen that the car has caused the general attention of the car factory, the Internet giant, telecom operators. At present, the development of capital investment and technology has created more favorable conditions for the rise of the Internet of vehicles. With the development of the Internet, the research on the business model of the Internet is becoming more and more mature. In the dissertation, the business model of the theory of knowledge, but also on the commercial vehicle networking business model of the status quo.Commercial vehicle networking companies in a product and service homogenization serious competition environment, the business model is generally relatively simple, the lack of effective means of profit. The author thinks that only rely on the enterprise down-to-earth walk the road of business model innovation, to build the commercial vehicle networking enterprise core competitiveness and keep competitive advantage. Based on theoretical knowledge and industry analysis, this paper points out the dilemma of commercial vehicle networking business model, and puts forward the way of business model innovation. After analyzed the problems existed in HY Company’s current business model, according to the actual situation of HY Company, the author thinks that HY Company should be through business model elements continue to optimize the realization of benign change innovation, and gradually achieve the system innovation of the commercial mode, toward the direction to platform business model.Finally, the paper expresses a very optimistic view on the development of the commercial vehicle networking. At present, commercial vehicle network business model in the primary stage, despite the lack of historical reference, from a real and efficient operation of still greater distance, but by the deepening of the research on business model innovation, car networking enterprise profit will be in the future ushered in the great development. In this process, only in advance to prepare the enterprise to seize the opportunity to continuously push up the value of the enterprise and enterprise influence, so that enterprises can achieve sustainable development.
